Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
Products and Pricing
All products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment process.
Because items are produced individually, mockups and digital representations are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color, print placement, or garment texture may occur.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products without liability.
Orders and Fulfillment
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Orders are automatically transmitted into our production queue. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or altered.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines include both production and transit windows.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer at checkout.
Limitation of Liability
Crowned Culture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, or for any claims greater than the actual amount paid by you for the specific product.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
