Because every Crowned Culture item is custom-made to order, orders undergo a production period before they are prepared for shipment.
Total door-to-door delivery typically ranges from 7 to 11 business days for domestic orders, combining our custom manufacturing window with carrier transit times.

We offer $0.00 flat-rate standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee depending on the service selected.
Carrier Transit and Delivery
Shipping transit times are estimated by the carrier and are not officially guaranteed once the package leaves our fulfillment center.
Crowned Culture is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or national holidays.
Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues
Customers are entirely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is misdelivered or returned due to an incorrect address entered by the buyer, we are not liable for replacement or refund costs.
Once the designated shipping carrier marks a tracking status as "Delivered," our fulfillment responsibility is complete. Any claims regarding lost, missing, or stolen packages after successful delivery must be filed directly by the customer with the shipping carrier.
